• Ascend does not automatically verify licensure. Licensure information shown on the platform is self-reported by supervisors. We perform reasonable onboarding review but do not guarantee the accuracy or current status of any license.

• Supervisors are responsible for maintaining their credentials. This includes keeping licenses current, completing CE requirements, carrying appropriate liability insurance, and complying with the rules of their licensing board.

• Users are responsible for verifying licensure status. Before engaging a supervisor, supervisees should independently confirm the supervisor's license and supervisor-of-record status with the appropriate state licensing board.

• Ascend does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Information about licensure pathways, hour requirements, or board policies is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
